16. CANCELLATION.
Solution
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement is grounds for immediate account deactivation and forfeiture of any fees. ReadySetConnect will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the Agreement. ReadySetConnect reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice.
